In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Three weeks late but oh well! Better late than never.
This was a unique Ramadan and Eid ul-Fitr so even though I'm three weeks later in sharing it, I really wanted to document it here. For myself more than anyone else really. I want to be able to have documented that one Ramadan and Eid in 2020 that we spent in lockdown.
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu! In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Eid Mubarak!
I'm going to keep this intro short and sweet today because I am currently up to my eyeballs in vermicelli and meringue! Preparations for Eid are well underway and I, of course, have been put in charge of dessert. Follow on snapchat for all the goings on - username is muslimgirlbakes.
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu! In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful An early Eid-al-Adha Mubarak to you all. I was discussing Eid-al-Adha (the Feast of Sacrifice) with my nieces last week and one of them said she didn't really get it. Eid-al-Fitr is the celebration after fasting the entire month of Ramadan but what about Eid-al-Adha? I knew exactly what she meant.
