Cheesy Garlic Bread

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu!

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Today's recipe is for Cheesy Garlic Bread. These couldn't be easier to make at home, and taste much better than the shop ones. Give them a go, and see what you think!

A Simple List of Ingredients:

1. Garlic

2. Parsley
3. Olive Oil
4. Salt and Black Pepper
5. Baguette
6. Mozzarella Cheese

Bismillah, let's begin!

Place 6 peeled garlic cloves into a blender.

Add a handful of fresh parsley.

Drizzle in about 1/4 cup of olive oil.

Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.

Blend until smooth.

Next, take two baked baguettes

Slice the baguettes diagonally.

Lay them out onto a foil lined baking tray.

Spread some of the garlic mixture onto each bread slice.

Top with grated Mozzarella cheese!

Bake in a hot oven until bubbling, golden brown and melted.

Serve straight away!

·     6 Garlic Cloves, peeled
·     Handful of Fresh Parsley
·     ¼ cup Olive Oil
·     Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
·     2 Baguettes
·     Few Handfuls of Mozzarella Cheese, grated


1.  Place the garlic, fresh parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper into a blender. Blend until a smooth paste forms.

2. Slice the baguettes into diagonal chunks. Place onto an oven tray lined with foil. Spread the garlic parsley mixture onto each slice. Top with the cheese.

3.  Bake in a hot oven until the cheese is melted and is golden brown.

4. Serve immediately!
