Extra Smooth And Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu!

I have already posted a recipe for Real Mashed Potatoes, and this is a new recipe for extra creamy mashed potatoes. It does require a little effort, but is worth it in the end.

A Simple List of Ingredients:

1. Potatoes

2. Butter
3. Cheese
4. Salt
5. Black Pepper
6. Milk

Bismillah, let's begin!

Boil 6 peeled potatoes in water until soft.

Drain the potatoes, and put back into the same pan.

Add 3 tablespoons butter.

Mash until smooth.

Add cheese, to taste.

Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Mash until smooth.

Add 1 pint milk.

Stir constantly on a low heat until thick.  

You can keep the mash as thick or as runny as you want it.

Serve hot as a side dish.

Extra Smooth and Creamy Mashed Potatoes


6 Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
3 tablespoons Butter
Cheddar Cheese, to taste
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
1 pint Milk


1. Boil the potatoes in water until they are soft.

2. Drain them, and put back into the same pan. Add the butter, and mash until smooth.

3. Add the cheese, salt and black pepper, and mash until smooth.

4. Add the milk, and place on a low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and combined.

5. If you want the mash more thick, turn up the heat and dry it out. If you want it more runny, add more milk, and stir in.

6. Serve hot as a side dish!
