Bismillah, let's begin!
Preheat your oven to Gas Mark 7 / 220C.
I used 5 Baking Potatoes for this recipe but you can increase and decrease it if you wish.
Take each potato and wash it clean. Then prick it with a knife all over and wrap in a piece of foil. Do this with all the potatoes.
Arrange the potatoes wrapped in foil on a oven tray, and place in the your preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the potatoes are soft.
Once the potatoes are cooked, take them out of the oven and allow to cool slightly. When they are cool enough to handle, remove the foil and slice each potato in half.
Next, scoop out the cooked potato flesh from the potato skin. Put the potato skins back onto an oven tray.
Put the cooked potato into a large mixing bowl.
The next ingredient is 1 cup of any kind of Cooked Salami or Sausage. I used a cooked chicken sausage and sliced it into small pieces.
The next ingredient is 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese.
Next, you'll need about 3 tablespoons Melted Butter.
Add the melted butter to the cooked potatoes.
Along with the next ingredient, which is a splash of Double Cream. Mash the potatoes until smooth.
Next, add a sliced Jalapeno chilli to the mashed potato.
Add the cooked sausage.
Next, add 1 teaspoon of Chilli Powder and Salt and Pepper to the mixture, or more if you like it spicier.
And add the grated cheese.
Add a splash of milk and stir to combine.
Fill each potato skin with the mixture.
Bake the stuffed potato skins in the oven for 15 minutes until they have browned.
And serve while they're hot! These go great with your favourite chilli sauce.
