September 2018: One Photo Everyday.

I'm on the hunt for a thick chocolate chip cookie recipe! This month, I tested out the recipe pictured above. The cookies were huge, thick and packed full of chocolate chips. Not bad! Hope you've had a great September!
Here's mine:
September 1: Saturday night roast dinner. You can find the roast chicken recipe here and the cauliflower cheese recipe here! 
September 2: checking to see if I have walnuts in the house for baklava. I didn't!
September 3: my first time putting fish into my pasta bake. not bad!
September 4: baklava ready to bake.
September 5: anyone for a piece?
September 6: two years old and obsessed with water.

September 7: made a gluten-free batch of my tiramisu Nutella cupcakes.
September 8: a lighter version of chicken lasagne.
September 9: potato wedges and fries for Sunday night dinner.
September 10: sizzling chilli oil.
September 11: noodle day!
September 12: I love these buns!
September 13: chilli chicken roti wrap assembly line.
September 14: putting my tiramisu together. 
September 15: the coffee recipe version is here! this one is a masala chai version - look out for it on the site soon.
September 16: noodles for Sunday lunch.
September 17: roasting random fridge vegetables to put into quesadillas.
September 18: on the hunt for another great chicken traybake recipe. this one flavoured with ras-al-hanout spice was ok but not blog-worthy.
September 19: why are radishes so pretty?
September 20: beef noodles for lunch.

September 21: ran out of fresh berries so had to use frozen.
September 22: on the hunt for a thick chocolate chip cookie recipe.
September 23: egg sandwich for Sunday brunch.

September 24: flowers from my cousin and leftover dawat food in the back.
September 25: the sunflowers are blooming!
September 26: baking with Nutella.
September 27: the best bite!
September 28: the parents went apple picking.
September 29: puffed pitta perfection.
September 30: cooking from this book today.
