Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu!
This recipe is for Oreo Cheesecake. It's a no bake recipe and is extremely easy to make, and can be changed to suit your own mood. The base is made of digestive biscuits, and then is topped with a chocolate cream cheese with crushed Oreos. It is a truly decadent cheesecake and a little will go a long way. But it is perfect for this warm weather, as you can have an amazing dessert without switching the oven on.

A Simple List of Ingredients:
1. Digestive Biscuits
2. Oreo Biscuits
3. Unsalted Butter
4. Double Cream
5. Plain Cream Cheese
6. Chocolate Cream Cheese
Bismillah, let's begin!
First, to make the biscuit base, take 4 ounces unsalted butter.
Melt the butter in the microwave.
Next, take a 400 gram packet of digestive biscuits.
Place 3/4 of the biscuits into a food processor.
Blend the biscuits until they are completely crushed.
Place the crushed biscuits into a large bowl.
Add in the melted butter.
Stir to combine.
Take a medium sized spring-form cake tin.
Place the mixture into the tin and press it into the tin. Chill the base in the fridge for about 30 minutes
Next, place a packet of Oreo biscuits into the food processor.
Blitz until the biscuits are crushed.
Next, take a 200 gram box of plain cream cheese, and 2 boxes of chocolate cream cheese.
You could use all plain or all chocolate, if you want to. I decided to use a mixture of both.
Place the chocolate cream cheese in to a mixing bowl.
Add the plain cream cheese.
And, add a splash of double cream.
Whisk or stir until smooth and creamy.
Add a handful or two of the crushed Oreo biscuits.
Mix to combine.
Spread the mixture on top of the chilled biscuit base, and then chill for another 30 minutes.
Whip a small carton of double cream until soft peaks form, and then spread it over the cream cheese mixture. Chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
When serving, you could serve it as it is, or you could decorate with mini Oreos too. I had some leftover crushed Oreos so I sprinkled those on top.
Remove the cheesecake from the tin and place on a cake stand. I was in a rush so I didn't have time to let it set properly.
Slice and serve for a decadent end to any meal!
Another idea is to make individual cheesecakes. This is done by layering the biscuit base, cream cheese mix, whipped cream and crushed Oreos in small glasses or dessert bowls, and then chilling them in the fridge.
I hope you give this recipe a go - it's really easy but the taste is impressive!
Wasalaam!
