This recipe is for Courgette and Feta Fritters. They are like little vegetable pancakes, and are really easy to make. These fritters would make a delicious start to any meal, or they could be the meal itself along with your favourite dips and a salad for a light summer dinner.
I would also like to remind you of my other blog, British Muslim Girl. Here, you will find Islamic quotes, inspiration and reminders.
